Dark Side of the White Christmas Thriller

 The second fwc LP was released in 1987. The songs were recorded at live shows 1984-1987 in Los Angeles, SanFrancisco, Portland, Georgetown University in D.C., and Hell’s Gate Canyon & Nicola River in the wilderness of British Colombia. A Nakamichi DMP100 feeding a portable Sony video deck rested at the bottom of our rack of effects, “eating candy”. Instrumentation for this project: our core loop engine Lexicon Prime Time II Model 95, one 12 channel mixer, three 4 channel mixers, two Ibanez digital delays, one Ibanez harmonizer, Alesis Midiverb, Roland Space Echo, mbira, guitars, Korg Poly61, medium-sized spring, a length of beaded chain, refrigerator, and a creek located somewhere in the wilderness of Canada near Expo’86 in Vancouver. And oh yeah, Chris is using his growing cache of non-western drums. There is one acoustic song (Judas), without a loop bed on this LP.
